The Social Media Manager at Croma is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance the brand’s online presence, engage customers, and drive traffic to both the online and offline stores. This role involves managing social media channels, creating content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Come up with an efficient social media marketing plan that should work in harmony with the overall marketing plan of Croma, to achieve goals such as brand visibility, prospects’ interaction, and finally conversion.
  • Work with the creative directors to develop effective content for the social media channels which include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, regular posts and videos.
  • Engagement with the customers by airing views and reacting to their comments on the organization’s social media platform.
  • Organize social media communication to advertise new products, sales, and special events and guarantee the proper use of brands and trademarks. 
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for social media accounts and give daily, weekly, or monthly reports on the campaign results and metrics of audience growth. 
  • Mentor the concerted effort of the social team with marketing, public relations, and products to ensure social works as a relevant marketing arm to its larger strategic goal.

Qualifications:-

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • We require a candidate who has at least 3+ years of experience in social media management, best if the candidate comes from the retail or consumer electronics industry—good experience and knowledge of social networking sites and their applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills and be ability to write good content pieces with a good attitude toward innovations.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics or any reporting tool.
  • The candidates should demonstrate that he or she is capable of working on different projects and juggling between them, whilst adhering to strict time schedules within a rapidly growing firm.
