As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within your designated geographic region.   • Overseeing P&L, Employee Motivation, Customer Delight, and Process improvement, ensuring revenue linkage.
  • Establishing new Retail outlets in the Region, encompassing location identification, brand positioning, and Sales operations launch.
  • Directing region-wide activities such as formulating local marketing and retail strategies, initiating merchandising activities, administering stores, and managing staff.
  • Managing Below-the-Line (BTL) activities like In-store advertising, sales promotion, workshops, events, trade shows, and product placement.
  • Expanding business through innovative promotional activities, infomercials, campaigns, and enhanced Customer Experience Management (CEM).
  • Driving retail base expansion initiatives with creativity, business acumen, and a target-oriented approach.
  • Being prepared for extensive travel and possessing a pleasing personality to offer personalized services to high net worth individuals.
  • Demonstrating experience in managing multilocation sales operations with a team size of at least 15 people.
