Associate Manager Description
An Associate Manager plays a key position in helping the operations of a department or team in a corporation. Associate Manager Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s diploma in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, or associated field. Master’s degree favored.
- Minimum of five+ years of experience in impact evaluation, application evaluation, or monitoring and assessment (M&E) in the development region
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, records analysis strategies, and M&E frameworks Excellent writing, analytical, and presentation talents
- Experience operating with grassroots companies and reputed NGOs on the community/rural development tasks
- Impact storytelling and knowing the ing right infographic usage in presentation misdelivered blessings
- Proficiency in statistics evaluation softwprogramsgre.g.e.G., SPSS, STATA, R) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills and capacity to interpret complicated records to tell decision-making and approach improvement.
