Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Management: Oversee and manage Google’s advantages programs for the Indian marketplace. This includes taking ownership of particular advantage packages and working carefully with the India C&B Lead and the wider group.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of gain programs. This includes establishing strong mechanisms to review and improve the program’s overall performance.
Provider Relations: Manage relationships with gain vendors, including overseeing overall performance metrics, uptake rates, and financial metrics to make sure applications are successfully added.
Program Coordination: Handle annual programmatic sports which includes finances making plans, actuarial valuations, and bills. Work in partnership with HR operations and stakeholders to address benefits-related queries and guide.

Minimum Qualifications:
