Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of revel in for the Store Incharge position.
- Minimum of 2 years of revel in for the Store Supervisor position.
- Proven experience in handling a group of a minimum of 100 store employees.
Knowledge: Strong information on stock management, inclusive of inward and outward items, write-offs, and cycle counts, especially in the Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) or FMCG classes.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal exchange skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Ability to successfully manipulate large teams and coordinate a couple of duties.
Background:
- Experience in huge format retail, FMCG, or e-trade sectors is required.
- Candidates need to be presentable and possess top conversation competencies.
Education:
