Capgemini is seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist with expertise in ITIL practices and Java-based applications. This role involves monitoring and supporting production applications, ensuring system stability, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Monitoring and Support:

• Monitor and help manufacturing packages to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Analyze and clear up incidents promptly in adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreements).

Incident and Problem Management:

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and record resolutions.
• Provide well-timed put incident reviews and suggestions to management.

ITIL Practices:

• Adhere to ITIL quality practices for incident, hassle, change, and launch control.
• Handle escalations and remedy vital troubles efficiently.

Application Support:

• Provide everyday help for Java-based total production packages.
• Use SQL for querying databases, retrieving logs, and resolving overall performance bottlenecks.

Deployment and Configuration:

• Support deployment and configuration activities for Java programs.

ITIL Knowledge:

Support Experience:

• L1.5 and L2 support knowledge with the potential to address tickets and perform root cause evaluation.
