Capgemini is seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist with expertise in ITIL practices and Java-based applications. This role involves monitoring and supporting production applications, ensuring system stability, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Monitoring and Support:
- Monitor and help manufacturing packages to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Analyze and clear up incidents promptly in adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreements).
Incident and Problem Management:
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and record resolutions.
- Provide well-timed put incident reviews and suggestions to management.
ITIL Practices:
- Adhere to ITIL quality practices for incident, hassle, change, and launch control.
- Handle escalations and remedy vital troubles efficiently.
Application Support:
- Provide everyday help for Java-based total production packages.
