Capgemini Accounts Payable (P2P) Role: Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Verification and Processing:

  • Ensure accurate and well timed verification and processing of invoices.

Reporting:

  • Generate and control daily, weekly, and monthly reviews on Accounts Payable sports.

Issue Resolution:

  • Coordinate with inner teams and clients to solve operational troubles effectively.

Reconciliation:

  • Perform reconciliation of balance sheet/manipulate debts to hold accurate financial records.

Audit Support:

  • Provide essential documentation and records to outside and internal auditors.

Special Projects:

  • Participate in and make a contribution to special initiatives aimed at enhancing Accounts Payable techniques.

Month-End Closing:

  • Ensure timely and correct reporting at month-stop and at some stage in price cycles.

Internal Controls Monitoring:
