The role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with used car dealers, manage relationships, and drive auction participation on the Cars24 platform. With a combination of field sales, client management, and customer satisfaction responsibilities, this role is ideal for professionals passionate about the automobile industry and relationship-driven sales.

Responsibilities:

Dealer Engagement:

Build and nurture one-on-one relationships with used car dealers.
Act because the primary factor of contact for dealers, addressing queries and offering great help.

Transaction Growth:

Ensure a steady increase in dealer transactions by imparting compelling automobile alternatives tailor-made to provider needs.
Convince sellers to region aggressive bids on auctioned vehicles.

Relationship Management:

Develop and preserve sturdy relationships with assigned dealers to foster pleasure and loyalty.
Conduct ordinary compliance with-usato apprehend dealer wishes and solve any issues directly.
Engage dealers often to ensure continuous transactions and a high-quality auction revel in.

Operational Excellence:

Assist sellers in navigating the Cars24 public sale platform and troubleshooting any technical issues.

Develop techniques to win back leads and maximize supplier involvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Skills:

Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated capability to negotiate efficiently with sellers to steady better bids and win deals.

Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal verbal exchange skills to have interaction and hold supplier relationships.

Customer Service: Proven ability to remedy dealer troubles with a focus on consumer delight and retention.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple dealer debts and music progress systematically.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (UG: Any Graduate).
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles. Prior experience in the automobile or retail sales industry is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using online platforms and mobile applications for auction facilitation.
