Job Description:

The Vendor Strategy Support Manager at Citi guarantees powerful 1/3 party risk management by assisting Business Activity Owners in compliance methods, undertaking hazard assessments, handling dealer relationships, and retaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

1. Support for Business Activity Owner (BAO):

• Build relationships with key 1/3-celebration stakeholders (e.g., BISO, PCO, TPU, TPOs).

4. Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Perform ongoing tracking of 1/3-birthday celebration compliance.
• Address audit requests and cross-border information clearance.
• Solve issues regarding human resource control regulations with providers.

5. Policy and Risk Mitigation:

• Collaborate with providers to align outside policies with Citi’s standards.
• Communicate coverage expectations and consequences successfully.
• Develop and preserve Citi’s Exit Strategy Plans with business contacts.

6. Data Accuracy and Record Maintenance:

• Maintain correct third-celebration risk-associated records and databases.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist with additional requests from Citi’s Third-Party Unit (TPU).
• Participate in financial opinions, annual checks, and SLA overall performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s diploma favored.

Experience:

• 5+ years of revel in in Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Risk and Control, or Project Management.
• Knowledge of Third-Party Management framework, mainly inside Citi, is preferred.

Skills:
