Order to Cash (OTC) Process:
- Manage stop-to-quit OTC operations, which include invoicing, collections, and coin application.
- Ensure nicely timed and accurate processing of customer payments.
- Handle dispute resolution and reconciliation in sports.
Cash Applications:
- Apply coin receipts to customer accounts appropriately.
