Cognizant Walk-in Drive in Hyderabad: Key Responsibilities
Order to Cash (OTC) Process:
- Manage stop-to-quit OTC operations, which include invoicing, collections, and coin application.
- Ensure nicely timed and accurate processing of customer payments.
- Handle dispute resolution and reconciliation in sports.
Cash Applications:
- Apply coin receipts to customer accounts appropriately.
- Identify and treat unapplied coins and quick payments.
- Work on bank reconciliation and charge posting.
Billing & Invoicing:
- Generate and validate purchaser invoices.
- Ensure compliance with billing rules and tactics.
