Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly revenue accruals accurately and within deadlines.
- Generate and dispatch customer sales invoices on time.
- Post revenue-related accounting entries, including accruals, invoices, and write-offs.
- Verify invoice accuracy before submission to clients.
- Upload invoices to third-party payment portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve invoice disputes.
- Monitor billed and unbilled aging reports and perform necessary corrections.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.
- Respond to revenue-related queries from stakeholders.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Eligibility Criteria
- Commerce Graduate (B.Com)
- MBA (Finance)
- Postgraduate in Finance & Accounts
- CA Inter (Semi-Qualified)
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in BPO, Service, Consulting, or Finance Operations.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Invoicing
- Revenue Accruals
- Accounts Receivable Operations
- Experience working with third-party invoice processing portals.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using financial systems and generating reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

🕒 Shift Timings:
- First Week of Every Month: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Remaining Weeks: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
