Job Overview: Customer Executive Job
Aiasl is looking for a dynamic and consumer-focused person to join our group as a Customer Executive. The Customer Executive will play a critical role in presenting top-notch providers to our passengers through supporting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a clean journey experience from booking to disembarkation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide active and courteous help to passengers through cellular phone, email, and individual interactions. Address inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, luggage allowances, and different relevant information.
- Issue Resolution: Handle client court cases and problems effectively and professionally, striving for short choices to make sure patron satisfaction. Escalate complicated problems to the proper branch for additional studies and backbone.
- Booking Management: Assist passengers with flight bookings, adjustments, and cancellations. Process bills, and trouble tickets, and ensure accuracy in reservation info.
