Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous excellent assessments and validation methods to ensure certain accuracy and reliability of evaluation results. Collaborate with information engineers to optimize records best and integrity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s diploma or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related subject.
- Proven experience in voice facts evaluation, sentiment evaluation, or associated regions.
- Proficiency in programming languages consisting of Python, R, or Java for statistics evaluation and system studying.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate statistics into actionable insights.
- Experience with voice analytics equipment and technologies (e.g., speech-to-text, natural language knowledge).
