Role Overview:

This role is a part of Dell Technologies’ Corporate Legal Team, specially focused on Global Corporate Governance. The Advisor is accountable for managing the legal elements of subsidiary entities throughout a couple of jurisdictions and presenting business enterprise secretarial help for company governance sports. Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Jurisdictional Management: Manage subsidiary entities across diverse jurisdictions, making sure compliance with governance necessities.
• Corporate Restructuring: Support intra-group mergers, business transfers, and simplification of complicated organization structures.
• Legislative Compliance: Monitor adjustments in legislation and provide actionable advice to the board of directors, legal, and accounting teams.
• Board & Shareholder Meetings: Prepare board and shareholder resolutions and oversee nearby filings to make sure of timely submissions.
• Corporate Database Management: Maintain and replace the organization’s secretarial database for controlled entities.
• New Entity Set-Up: Assist in establishing new entities, which include organizing board and shareholder conferences.
