As an HCM system administrator, one manages different elements of Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms by using Workday or equivalent software. As an HCM Consultant, the main responsibility lies in integrating sound configuration systems that support Time and Absence functions and Compensation payments and Reporting systems and Recruitment processes and ensure effective Data conversion capabilities between these domains. The selected candidate will work together with different department teams to design solutions that fulfill organizational goals while improving staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. The team handles the development of integration processes for HCM platforms that connect with third-party applications, together with the maintenance of these systems.
  2. The HCM system extensions occur through Workday Extend tools to develop new business functions.
  3. The team leader manages advanced compensation plans and salary structures for employee awards while following company policies.
  4. The organization needs to execute and enhance its talent management system together with performance evaluation frameworks.
  5. The team works with Workday Prism and develops complex reports and dashboards through dedicated efforts in reporting activities.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • The successful candidate brings experience with human capital management systems including examples of Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Experts who demonstrate abilities in system integration work alongside reporting tool expertise as well as data conversion methods.
