As an HCM system administrator, one manages different elements of Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms by using Workday or equivalent software. As an HCM Consultant, the main responsibility lies in integrating sound configuration systems that support Time and Absence functions and Compensation payments and Reporting systems and Recruitment processes and ensure effective Data conversion capabilities between these domains. The selected candidate will work together with different department teams to design solutions that fulfill organizational goals while improving staff productivity.
Key Responsibilities:-
- The team handles the development of integration processes for HCM platforms that connect with third-party applications, together with the maintenance of these systems.
- The HCM system extensions occur through Workday Extend tools to develop new business functions.
