Production Assistant Job Description:
The Production Assistant at The Walt Disney Company’s ILM Mumbai studio helps with day-to-day production obligations, including technical help, assembly coordination, agenda tracking, and transport/receiving. They ensure easy operations by dealing with internal databases, dealing with group communications, and assisting with food and workplace renovation. This access-stage position allows the development of the visual consequences of production surroundings.
Production Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the manufacturing group with everyday obligations and errands.
- Provide technical guides for conferences and evaluations (Linux, Windows, Mac).
- Coordinate meeting schedules and ensure attendance.
- Maintain internal monitoring equipment and show schedules.
- Manage group communications and get in touch with lists.
- Organize craft services, food, and team events.
- Oversee shipping and receiving of digital and bodily media.

Job Requirements:
