We are looking for an expansion-oriented professional to join our team and support corporate client management in Pan India. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the exact record and database, which will ensure the smooth tracking of repayment, fee, and disbursement conditions, and approving the conditions. You will manage to compare financial details such as put-kall/interest reset and data to maintain the stability of the data.
Cooperation plays an important role, as you will work closely with regional teams to prepare a monthly pipeline report, track daily progress, and solve TDS-related questions. Additionally, you will support post-dysfunction activities such as collections, deferral management, and PDD documentation.
Your responsibilities will include addressing SOA-related questions, coordinating with the operations team for issues such as overdue fees or ARN, and ensuring the closure of the Deferral MIS with the CAD team. Monitoring the collection and keeping updated relationship managers on overdue accounts will be part of your daily tasks. You will prepare weekly reports like PPT presentations for MD reviews, as well as visiting reports, lead reports, and field-wise performance data.
