G4S Zonal HR Support Job in Bengaluru for experienced HR professionals. This job is about making employees happy, managing salaries, following rules and helping the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Employee Town Halls
- Conduct monthly town hall meetings
- Explain employee benefits, company updates and welfare programs to employees
- Answer employee questions about salary, PF, ESIC and medical insurance
- Conduct Reward and Recognition programs for employees
- Find potential employees for future planning
2. Escalation Matrix Communication
- Create and share escalation levels and response times with employees
- Share the escalation matrix during town halls and when new employees join
3. Payroll Processing
- Ensure accurate salary processing every month
- Process Final Settlements and gratuity on time
4. Collaboration with Operations
- Have weekly calls with the operations team
- Discuss challenges and employee concerns at each site
- Track action plans for issues
5. New Employee Support
- Organise meetings with new employees
- Provide support during onboarding
6. Attrition Management
- Identify reasons for employees leaving and implement initiatives to retain them
- Provide career development opportunities to employees
7. Compliance Management
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Ensure audit scores are 100%
