Genpact is hiring a Business Analyst Remote Wind Tech Engineer in Bengaluru, responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and providing technical support for wind turbines globally. Key duties include managing product support queues, performing vibration and oil analysis, reviewing turbine components, and generating technical documentation. A B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with vibration analysis expertise is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Case Management:

• Product Support Queue: Monitor the first-tier product support queue in ServiceNow, declare unassigned cases, and manage all aspects of the case lifecycle, including dealing with case touch time and closure.
• Service Requests: Understand the requestor’s wishes, each technically and administratively, to offer resolutions or records.
• Documentation: Write technical documentation to provide resolution or information to the requestor.
• Escalation and Triage: Escalate cases to the suitable technical teams for additional input if important.
• Data-Related Tasks: Manage field contacts for wind farms in the e-SCADA platform and address life census data corrections for wind generators.

2. Technical Support:

• Wind Farm Health: Create and distribute special commands from the product engineering group to subject groups and customers.
• Oil Analysis: Review oil sample reviews to monitor turbine fitness.
• Torque Analysis: Analyze gearbox torque arm pin displacement and evaluation statistics sheets.
• End of Warranty Claims: Manage stop-of-assurance alternative/restore claims and discover issues raised employing clients.
• Component Analysis: Review engineering drawings, examine wear and tear, and verify the closing lifestyles of turbine components, which include cables, blades, elastomers, and bearings.
