Genpact Mega Walk-in Drive for Finance and Accounts in Jaipur on 8th July 2024

Genpact is carrying out a Mega Walk-in Drive for Finance and Accounts positions in Jaipur. The roles are workplace-based totally and cater to various finance and accounting functions, such as Accounts Payable, Record to Report, and Cash Applications/Collections.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Review and process invoices, presenting resolutions, and releasing them for price.
• Demonstrate knowledge of primary Accounts Payable standards along with the 3-manner match, PO, NON-PO, and GRN.
• Handle PO, non-PO, and Utilities Invoice processing.
• Perform invoice auditing and charge processing.
• Utilize ERP structures like SAP/Navision for processing.

Record to Report:

• Manage Month-End Closing procedures.
• Conduct Reconciliations (Key & Non-Key).
• Work with ERP systems together with SAP, Blackline, HANA, Ariba s4, and HRC High radius.
• Handle Standard & ordinary Journal Entries (J/Es) such as accruals, pay-as-you-go, deferrals, and rentals.
• Process Nonstandard J/Es.

Cash Applications/Collections:

• Post payments from numerous lockboxes to consumer accounts.
• Research and remedy aged unidentified and unapplied coin receipts, making sure correct posting to customer accounts.
• Collect delinquent amounts from customers through the phone or achieve charge promises.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/CA/CS/CMA).
• Freshers with CA/CMA qualifications are welcome to use.
• A minimum of 2 years of revel in the accounting area is needed.
