The Customer Service Representative (Voice Process) at HCLTech handles inbound customer queries, provides timely solutions, and ensures high-quality service. Responsibilities include adhering to processes, resolving issues, maintaining customer data security, and achieving performance targets. Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Query Resolution:
- Respond to inbound purchaser queries as in step with the described call flow system.
- Provide correct and timely information, making sure first-call resolution (FCR).
- Assist customers empathetically, keeping an expert and helpful demeanor.
Adherence to Processes:
- Follow escalation techniques for problems beyond agent-level management.
- Maintain strict compliance with organization hints and purchaser data safety protocols.
- Log proceedings, escalate unresolved queries, and replace trackers regularly.
Performance Standards:
- Ensure terrific interactions and adherence to interrupt schedules.
- Actively take part in comments sessions and put in force recommendations for improvement.
- Meet or exceed key overall performance signs (KPIs), including name managing time and purchaser pleasure scores.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Engage in team motivational sports.
- Stay up to date on new tactics, policies, and gear to enhance service transport.
