1. Email and Chat Support:

Designation: Senior Analyst (Chat Analyst/Email Analyst)

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ad optimization, monetization tools, and virtual advertising and marketing.

2. Digital Marketing Role:

Designation: Associate (6 months to 2 years revel in)

Work Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad

Shifts: Night Shifts (US time zone)

Responsibilities:

• Provide e-mail and outbound call help services targeted at troubleshooting and optimizing ad campaigns.
• Manage advert campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Apps, ensuring green difficulty resolution and personalized customer support.
