Job Description:
HCLTech is hiring freshers for the International Voice & Semi Voice Process (Blended) role. The role involves coping with worldwide purchaser calls, assembly KPIs/SLA goals, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. Candidates ought to have appropriate communique abilities, be graduates (2022-2024 bypass-outs), and be willing to paint nighttime shifts (US time zones). The function is based at Sholinganallur, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle global customer calls (both voice and semi-voice tactics).
- Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and accuracy in all tasks.
- Report each day’s performance metrics and replace performance logs.
- Meet KPI and SLA targets in step with agreed timelines.
- Provide helpdesk guide and exposure to relevant metrics.
- Adhere to daily reporting and procedure recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduates/Postgraduates in any move (2022, 2023, 2024 pass-outs with no standing arrears).
- Communication: Good English verbal exchange competencies are obligatory.
- Experience: Freshers with no prior painting experience are eligible to use.
- Shifts: Willingness to work night shifts according to US time zones (6 PM to 5 AM).
- Skills: MS Word and Excel talent.
