Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Maintain regular and significant interactions with portfolio clients in step with the touch policy.
- Provide accurate and spark-off decisions for purchaser queries while logging interactions systematically.
- Promote virtual banking services to beautify the patron experience.
