Job Description : Business Development Manager

Our collective mission entails introducing and exhibiting the distinctive methodology through which students at Orchids The International School attain enhanced learning outcomes. Additionally, my responsibilities encompass mentoring these students and actively contributing to their educational odyssey. A pivotal aspect of my role involves fostering connections with students and parents spanning across the breadth of India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing novel business prospects, forging alliances with educational establishments.
- Devising and executing sales strategies.
- Conducting thorough market analysis and partnering with the marketing unit to endorse services.
- Overseeing client interactions.
- Supervising a team ranging from 15 to 25 individuals.
- Ensuring admissions and monitoring the expansion of Orchid branches.
- Overseeing all Below the Line (BTL) activities.
- Formulating comprehensive field marketing plans.
Eligibility:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Field Marketing with prior experience.
- Strong communication skills and adeptness in devising Marketing/Sales strategies.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Field Marketing.
