Honda Walk in Interview in Ahmedabad Job Description:
Honda is carrying out a walk-in interview for multiple openings in the Maintenance, Safety, Environment, and Production departments. The best applicants must have experience inside the car or manufacturing industries, with statistics in equipment, CNC programming, safety, and production-making plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Machining:
- Troubleshooting CNC programs.
- Inspecting and verifying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approaches.
Press and Weld:
- Conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Maintaining and enforcing manner documentation.
- Performing preventive maintenance of jigs and fixtures.
Paint:
- Monitoring everyday paint operations.
- Managing robots and reciprocators within the paint phase.
Production Planning and Control (PPC) & Material Service:
- Planning manufacturing schedules each day, weekly, and month-to-month.
- Ensuring production plans are met and presenting elements to engine assembly.
- Managing and resolving line rejections and remodeling on a daily foundation.
Machine Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical):
- Managing electric-powered and mechanical breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Conducting preventive and predictive protection for machines.
Safety and Environment:
- Planning and undertaking monthly safety audits.
- Ensuring proper documentation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
- Implementing artwork allows structures for peak artwork, hot artwork, constrained area access, excavation, and loading/unloading operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
Experience: 3 to 12 years of applicable enjoy in a manufacturing organization, ideally in the automobile area.
Age Limit: Candidates need to be elderly 35 years or beneath.
Location Preference: Preference could be given to applicants from Gujarat (close by candidates).
Interview Criteria: Candidates who have appeared for an interview within the final 6 months aren’t eligible.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive renovation.
- Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and technique documentation.
- Experience in managing production schedules and resolving production line problems.
- Expertise in protection audits, documentation of QMS/EMS, and artwork permit systems (LOTO, limited areas, warm paintings, and plenty of others.).
