As a Sales Incentive Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate incentive processing and providing analytical insights that aid informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Participant Data Administration:
- Manage and keep statistics associated with Sales Incentive Program individuals.
- Ensure well-timed updates for all employee-associated changes, which include hires, terminations, and inner records adjustments.
Business Process Documentation:
- Actively take part in collecting requirements and updating documentation of current approaches based totally on commercial enterprise needs.
Incentive Plan Implementation:
- Support the implementation of compensation plans for all Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)-eligible personnel.
- Manage the setup and updates of compensation plans and credit mapping regulations for income individuals using incentive equipment.
Data Validation and Compliance:
- Validate sales compensation information to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate policies and hints.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Required Skills:
Analytical and Technical Expertise:
