Job Responsibilities:-
1. Resolve purchaser court cases through name: Address and resolve purchaser proceedings and problems correctly via phone calls, ensuring a wonderful patron’s enjoyment.
2. Respond directly to customer inquiries: Provide well-timed and accurate responses to patron inquiries, retaining excessive requirements of the carrier.
3. Ensure customer pride and provide professional support: Strive to achieve consumer pride by providing professional and courteous help, fostering sturdy purchaser relationships.
Job Requirements:-
- – Good command of spoken English with fluency: Excellent conversation abilities to successfully engage with customers.
- – Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, which include nights and weekends.
- – UG / Graduate with at least 6 months experience can practice: Candidates with previous revel in are welcome.
- – UG/Graduate freshers can also practice Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and might be considered.
- – 6 days working: Be organized to work six days every week with one time without work.
