IndiGo is searching for a qualified candidate for the position of ATF Quantity & Vendor Reconciliation Specialist. This position entails making sure of the accuracy of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) records, managing supplier reconciliations, and helping with month-cease last sports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ATF Quantity Reconciliation: Reconcile portions for Aviation Turbine Fuel to make sure correct gasoline records.
2 . Report Generation: Generate detailed economic reports using Advanced Excel to guide choice-making and audits.
3. Month-End Closing Support: Assist in month-end last activities, presenting monetary support and analysis.
4. Vendor Reconciliation:
- Manage seller account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and correct agreement of vendor debts.
5. Collaboration and Issue Resolution:
- Work carefully with inner teams to remedy discrepancies.
- Streamline reconciliation and reporting procedures.
Key Skills Required:
Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA in Finance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, facts analysis, IF/ELSE, COUNTIF/SUMIF, indexing, macros).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication abilties to liaise effectively with companies and inner groups.
