The Officer AO&CS role is pivotal in ensuring smooth airport operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Officers manage various responsibilities, including passenger travel, security checks, and ramp duties. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining on-time performance and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Terminal Services:

Reservations & Ticketing:

Handling reservations and price tag sales across counters.
Providing customers with information and assistance over the telephone.
Processing cash remittances to the involved department.

Departures:

Setting up a look-at-in counter and assisting passengers during the check-in manner.
Screening checked-in bags while making sure adherence to fantastic standards.
Assisting passengers with special requests during departures.

Arrivals:

Assisting passengers with special needs or requests.
Managing mishandled or damaged luggage and coordinating with luggage providers for replacements.
Following up on misplaced luggage cases with en-path stations.

Post-Flight Departure: Filing important flight documentation.

2. Security Services:

Ensuring compliance with protection standards and company necessities.
Conducting risk assessments and imposing reaction measures.
Monitoring overall performance requirements and high-quality structures.
Following the employer’s protection application and emergency reaction protocols.

3. Ramp Services:

Coordinating with OCC and Apron for timely updates on flight arrivals (ETA).
Ensuring all required equipment is prepared on the bay 20 minutes earlier than the flight’s arrival.
Supervising the alignment of the ramp and deplaning of passengers correctly.
Ensuring the right luggage dealing and well-timed transportation to the arrival terminal.
Coordinating cleansing services and loading as in line with the Loading Instruction Report.
