The Airport Operation and Customer Service (AO&CS) function specializes in managing all airport sports associated with passenger journeys, safety assessments, and ramp duties. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Officer AO&CS in Terminal Service

Reservations & Ticketing:

• Handle reservations at the counter and sell tickets immediately.
• Address consumer queries about each character over the phone.
• Remit coins to the appropriate department.

Departures:

• Participate in pre-flight and publish-flight briefings.
• Set up test-in counters, display screen checked-in baggage, and ensure adherence to test-in tactics.
• Assist passengers with special requests, ensuring amazing enjoyment.

Arrivals:

• Provide support to clients with special desires or requests.
• Assist with mishandled or damaged luggage and prepare essential reports.

Post-flight Departure:
