Job Purpose:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Officer AO&CS in the function of Terminal Service:
Reservations & Ticketing:
- Handling reservations throughout the counter and selling tickets.
- Remitting cash to the applicable department.
- Answering consumer queries over the smartphone.
Departures:
- Participating in pre-flight and put up-flight briefings.
- Setting up check-in counters and screening checked-in bags.

Arrivals:

- Maintaining requirements as per business enterprise requirements and ensuring effective hazard evaluation and response capability.

- Monitoring the file system and the extent of conformance continuously.
- Being aware of emergency response procedures, policies, and guidelines, and retaining the necessary skills required for activity functions.

3. Officer AO&CS within the role of Ramp:
- Confirming the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of flights and speaking it to applicable stations.
- Ensuring the ramp is aligned nicely and that sufficient coaches are to be had for deplaning passengers.
- Coordinating with the cabin team for boarding clearance and making sure that loading is achieved in keeping with the Loading Instruction Report.
