Job Description:
The Airport Operation and Customer Service (AO&CS) department manages airport sports associated with passenger tours, safety tests, and ramp obligations. A ground team of workers, running in shifts, plays an essential role in day-by-day operations, managing passenger queries, cabin cleansing, catering, price tag income, and flight operations. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Officer AO&CS – Terminal Service:
Reservations & Ticketing:
- Making reservations across the counter.
- Selling tickets and remitting coins to the concerned branch.
- Answering purchaser queries over the phone.
Departures:
- Attending pre-flight and submit-flight briefings.
- Setting up check-in counters and screening checked-in bags.
- Maintaining top-notch test-in strategies and supporting clients with special requests.
Arrivals:
- Assisting clients with special requests and coping with mishandled or damaged luggage.
- Coordinating with the bag seller for damaged bags and following up with en-route stations regarding lost luggage.
Post Flight Departure:
- Filing all-important flight papers.
- Officer AO&CS – Security:
- Maintaining requirements as consistent with enterprise requirements and making sure effective danger assessment and reaction functionality.
- Achieving department goals and performing obligations in line with the Security Programme.
- Monitoring continuously the Quality System and stage of conformance.
