Job Description: Infosys Hiring Performance Test Engineer
Infosys is hiring performance testing engineers to support complex digital transformation projects. This role focuses on designing, preparing, executing, and analysing performance tests to ensure that applications meet expected quality, scalability, and speed benchmarks. The candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and architects to evaluate system performance under various load conditions.
This position requires strong analytical thinking, practical knowledge of performance testing tools, and the ability to translate performance issues into actionable insights. Engineers will help optimise system performance, detect bottlenecks, and contribute to high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed performance testing plans, scripts, and scenarios for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, volume, and scalability testing using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor system behaviour, collect metrics, and analyse results to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to optimise code, architecture, and database performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate performance improvements after tuning activities and retesting affected areas.
- Maintain documentation of all testing procedures, findings, and performance benchmarks.
