Job Description:
Role: The Customer Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for inner and out of doors clients, up-customers, companions, and vendors. The role involves dealing with inbound and outbound requests through chat, phone, and email, ensuring excessive stages of purchaser satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
