Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration:
- Handle HR administrative strategies along with employee information adjustments, onboarding new hires, terminations, retirements, and associated HR transactions.
- Support and procedure employee lifecycle activities at the same time as ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track crew performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and deal with deviations to preserve great requirements.
Escalation & Volume Management:

Customer Relationship Management:

Must-Have Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Graduate in any stream (Full-time).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations (International experience preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP structures which include SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
- Strong abilities in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal conversation abilities to interact efficaciously with worldwide clients.
Operational Expertise:
- Results and deadline-pushed with the capability to satisfy SLA targets.
- Strong analytical abilties to reveal traits and suggest method enhancements.
Customer Service Skills:
- Proven understanding of Customer Relationship Management and consultative problem-fixing.
