Job Description: IT Jobs in Bangalore Freshers
Wipro is hiring analysts to provide world-class technical support and end-user assistance. In this role, you will have the first point of contact for problems to solve IT-related issues, from system administration to network troubleshooting.
You will handle the incidents reported through telephone, email, chat, or walk-in to ensure timely and accurate resolution. The role requires diagnosis, priority, and growth when necessary, with documentation of all activities in the event management system. A customer-first approach is important, as you will be expected to provide high-quality support and communicate effectively with users.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, managing service desk requests, and Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Zoom, VPN, and more, such as enterprise applications. In addition, you will address user concerns, provide timely updates, and maintain service level agreements.
Role demands flexibility, as you will work with rotating shifts and weekly off in the 24/7 rotational atmosphere. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are required with a customer-focused mentality and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

- Provide first-tier technical assistance for IT events and service requests.
