Customer Service Job Description:

The Jio Home Service Intern role offers freshers an opportunity to gain hands-on enjoyment in fiber installation and customer support. Interns will work with the Premise Connect team, supporting JioFiber and Airfiber offerings, and studying splicing, cabling, and safety strategies. The position presents exposure to technical fieldwork, cloth management, and upselling, in conjunction with school room and on-the-process mastering in a telecom offerings environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fiber Services: Work with the Premise Connect Team to offer JioFiber and Airfiber offerings.
• Fieldwork Exposure: Assist skilled technicians in fiber setup.
• Customer Service Skills: Develop knowledge in customer support, fabric control, and upselling.
• Technical Skills: Learn and develop abilties in crimping, connectorization, splicing, and cabling.
• Safety Protocols: Familiarize with and follow industry safety methods and fine practices.
