Principal Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Support at HSBC, you will be responsible for a range of activities that drive our pricing strategy and support our growth objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Coordination: Liaise with and help coordinate the sports activities of the client company crew throughout numerous merchandise to ensure a cohesive method to enhance consumer relationships. You will act as an issue of contact for customers and inner HSBC colleagues, handling the ordinary requirements of the portfolio along with the Relationship Manager.
  • Relationship Building: Establish sturdy relationships with key humans in customers’ management teams, making sure that HSBC is positioned as a dependent-on companion.

  • Compliance: Understand and make certain compliance with all applicable internal and outside regulations, tips, and strategies that study the conduct of the business. Requirements

  • Educational Background: Minimum graduation or as required for the position, whichever is better.
