Amazon is looking for an account manager to join its retail business services (RBS) Mass vendor management team. The role is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with vendors in the Amazon EU Marketplace and create trust, improve processes, and increase their success by increasing customer experiences.
As an account manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, manage day-to-day operations, remove operating obstacles, and ensure that customers always enjoy a spontaneous shopping trip. The role requires strong relationship management skills, business skills, and the ability to interact with contractors while maintaining a win-win partnership with sellers.
Your responsibilities will include the performance of the seller by interacting on annual terms, performing pricing strategies, and identifying opportunities to expand the product selection.
