The Senior Analyst in Total Rewards, Compensation Delivery, will play a pivotal function in the execution of Mastercard’s wide-based reimbursement applications. This includes handling activities related to base pay, annual incentive plans, and income compensation. Responsibilities:
Execution of Compensation Programs:
- Lead the execution of annual reimbursement critiques, which includes international profits market statistics submission, information procurement, activity benchmarking, and income shape changes.
- Oversee 12 months-end reimbursement reviews, such as bonus cycles, advantage cycles, and different key reimbursement sports.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Compensation:
