Design and build data pipelines and management systems
Develop and optimise batch and real-time streaming pipelines using tools like Airflow and dbt
Work with data architects and IT teams to understand requirements and create designs
Ensure data processes follow security and regulatory standards
Integrate new data management technologies into existing systems
Create custom software components to support business intelligence needs
Monitor pipeline performance and fix issues when needed
Provide data-access tools and visualisation capabilities for non-technical users

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
4+ years of experience in data engineering or data-intensive development roles
Expertise in SQL, Python and experience with CI/CD processes and Git

Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and dbt
