The Key Account Officer (Modern Trade) will be responsible for managing key modern trade outlets such as Big Bazaar, Dmart, and other retail chains to ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory. The officer will focus on driving the visibility, availability, and sales of Nestlé products through strategic customer management and continuous planning for growth and sustainability in these outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning Customer Plan:
- Develop and put in force a complete industrial plan for assigned clients, specializing in increasing logo visibility and sales.
- Create and hold a rolling monthly income plan for every purchaser, ensuring alignment with brief-term and lengthy-term commercial enterprise objectives.
Customer Management:
- Achieve the volume and revenue targets for the assigned customers by executing a nicely defined sales approach.
- Plan and execute client-specific activation packages to beautify the brand presence and product income on the retail degree.
- Manage customer support operations, making sure excessive ranges of pleasure through well-timed and effective guides.
Progress Review & Suggest Inputs to Generate Demand:
