Institute Requirement |
Applicants must be enrolled at an Indian institute and interested in pursuing a 2–3 month internship related to life sciences. |
|
Undergraduate Students (3-Year Program) |
Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year undergraduate program are eligible to apply. |
|
Undergraduate Students (4-Year Program) |
Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 4-year undergraduate program can apply. |
|
Master’s Students |
Students in the 1st year of a 2-year master’s program are eligible. |
|
Integrated Degree Programs |
Students in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a 5-year integrated program are eligible to apply. |
|
Lab Requirement |
Applicants must have an offer of employment from a Principal Investigator (PI) or Professor at an Indian institute other than their home institute. |
|
Financial Support Restriction |
Students already receiving financial assistance from the PI or other agencies (such as KVPY, INSA, JNCASR, IIT, IISER, etc.) are not eligible for additional funding under this program. |
