Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Processing:

2. Compliance and Regulation:

3. Record Keeping and Reporting:

4. Communication and Support:
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing assistance and clarification on payroll matters.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to streamline payroll operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (0-2 years) working in payroll processing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and various stakeholders.
- Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP – Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
