We are searching for a dynamic and skilled Senior Associate/Associate to join the Customer Support Team (CST) for Paytm Travel – Flights Division. A successful candidate will lead a team of 15 Customer Experience Specialists, making sure to meet the highest standards of customer support and operational excellence. This is a vital function in keeping and enhancing the consumer experience for our flight booking services, with a strong emphasis on method optimization and consumer delight.

Paytm Job in Bengaluru Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

  • Supervise and guide a crew of 15 Customer Experience Specialists managing flight bookings.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify man or woman training desires.
  • Coach and mentor crew individuals to enhance capabilities and productivity.
  • Plan crew rosters, manage staffing, and ensure regular coverage during peak hours.
  • Foster a collaborative, overall-excellent performance team environment that aligns with the organisation’s values.

2. Customer Experience:

  • Oversee all customer interactions throughout channels—calls, emails, chat, and social media.
  • Handle escalated and complex customer queries associated with bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Track customer remarks and proceedings, become aware of routine problems, and enforce decision strategies.
  • Work pass-functionally with the Product and Tech teams to beautify the person experience.

3 .Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor KPIs, which include CSAT, First Call Resolution (FCR), Resolution Time, and Escalation Rate.
  • Implement excellent practices to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Identify inefficiencies in cutting-edge techniques and pressure procedure improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with carrier-level agreements (SLAs) and fine standards.

4. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create and analyze reports on crew performance, patron satisfaction, and provider first-rate.
  • Use statistics to become aware of developments, make knowledgeable decisions, and propose strategic enhancements.
  • Present insights to senior management for alignment with commercial enterprise dreams.

Paytm Job in Bengaluru Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any area (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or support, ideally inside the tour or aviation industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in coping with or leading a crew.
  • Strong understanding of GDS systems, specifically Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Proficient in handling CRM tools and systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
