About Paytm Talent Acquisition Intern 2026:-

Paytm Talent Acquisition Intern role is open for motivated and enthusiastic students. The intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:-

Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
Strong communication skills (English and local language)
Interest in HR and Recruitment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
MBA students are preferred
