As a Remote Service Engineer within the EDI-SSD Operations team, you will play a crucial role in serving Philips customers by proactively monitoring the Philips PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) install base. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and troubleshooting various hardware and software issues remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support and Escalations: Deliver brilliant carriers to Philips customers through adopting a provider-oriented mindset. Respond to escalations, supplying cease-to-cease answers and retaining clean communique with clients during the method.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and solve hardware and software problems, in particular in computing, garage, and network environments, through far-off access and support tools.
