Job Description: PhonePe Hiring Cluster Lead
PhonePe is hiring experienced Cluster Leads to manage regional business operations and drive merchant and customer acquisition in specified clusters. This role focuses on building strong regional teams, improving market penetration, and ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies at a regional level. As a Cluster Lead, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding the merchant network, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
You will work closely with area managers, sales teams, operations teams, and business development units to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.
