Netflix is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Post Services Specialist to join our Content Operations team. As a Post Services Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the post-production workflow and ensuring the flawless delivery of high-quality content to our global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Post-Production Workflow Management:

• Coordinate and oversee the post-production process, including editing, sound mixing, visual effects, and color grading.
• Collaborate with filmmakers, editors, sound designers, and other post-production professionals to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Manage the scheduling of post-production activities and resources to meet project deadlines.

Quality Control:

• Conduct rigorous quality checks on all content to ensure it meets Netflix’s high standards for video and audio quality.
• Address any issues related to video and audio quality, continuity, and visual effects by liaising with post-production teams and external vendors.
• Stay abreast of the latest post-production technologies, software, and industry trends. Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with Netflix’s technical specifications.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration between content creators, post-production vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide clear instructions and guidelines to vendors, ensuring they understand and adhere to Netflix’s requirements and expectations.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, resolving challenges related to content delivery and quality in a timely manner.

Data Management and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of post-production activities, versions, edits, and final deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of video and audio formats, codecs, and delivery specifications.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in post-production software and tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, etc.
